Step 2 - About you

Each user has a unique identity that helps us to customise your learning experience.  You can fast-track your enrolment if you already have a username and password for this education service.  If not, you will be asked to nominate some information about you at this step.

Step 3 - Eligibility

To support your eligibility to enrol in this program, you will need to nominate:

  • your RACGP QA&CPD number, ACRRM number or RTP registration number
             OR
  • your board of registration and registration number
             OR
  • the name of your university and your student number
Step 4 - No payment

Queensland HealthThis program has been developed by the Queensland Health Diabetic Foot Innovation Project and endorsed by the Steering Committee, Statewide Diabetes Clinical Network.  The project was funded through Innovation Funding (available under the Queensland Government*s Action Plan to support the introduction of innovative approaches to patient care and service delivery improvement). No payment is required.
